2. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes provided are free and based on the information you submit. Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as volume, weight, access, and location.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by us.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms will be outlined during the booking process. Some services may require a deposit or full payment before commencement.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of deposit.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

• Items are properly declared (no prohibited or dangerous goods)

We are not responsible for damage to items not properly packed by the customer unless explicitly agreed.

6. Storage Terms

• Items not claimed or paid for may be disposed of after due notice
